Mom Jeans

If you have ever thought about owning a pair of mom jeans, you should just go for it. They are so comfy and you don't have to spend that extra five minutes jumping around, trying to get your pants on. They are perfect to make any simple outfit have a little bit more style.

Starting New

Hey I'm Jane! It took me my whole summer to realize that I want to try this blog thing out again. I have decided to start fresh and make new posts. This blog will be mainly fashion related still and maybe also pictures of places I have been or life experiences. Anyways here is to a new beginning.

White Wall Searchin

Sometimes it's nice to drive around randomly and find a random place with a really nice place to take a picture. I don't know about you but I do this a lot and it's super weird but hey you gotta do what you gotta do. My outfit in this picture Is a gray T-shirt dress from H&M, hat from Forever 21 and knee socks as well. I thrifted this amazing Nine West back pack purse and I am so in love with it.

Summer air

   

   

 

One of my favorite things to do in the summer is to go out, explore and take pictures with my friends. It's been super hot outside and I couldn't be more in love with the hot summer air. Lately I have been in love with wearing flowy shorts because they are comfy and cool for the summertime. Layering necklaces can also make an outfit more interesting in the summer. My friend also looks amazing in her pale pink skirt and white tank top, also a good combination for the summer.

Black and white

    Here's me from the other day wearing a striped dress, which is from Sheinside.com. I'm also wearing my black boots and black hat and I can't seem to ever get away from them. It's been so hot out lately and some days it's just nice to throw on a dress and some lipstick and go.

70's Vibes

       

    

       It is almost the start of summer and I can't help how excited I am. Not having to cringe every time I step outside makes me so happy. Today was absolutely beautiful, and this has been one of my favorite outfits. Many changes have been happening around me and I am hoping for many more.

 

Inspiration

I'm trying to be more creative with how I put things together for the warmer weather and so far all I have been doing is wearing hats. With summer coming up soon, I need inspiration from somewhere and I am anxiously waiting the days until I can go anywhere I please. Here is my outfit from Saturday, I'm wearing this amazing skirt from a boutique in my town it's my favorite thing I have right now and it isn't black!

Lately

I have been taking a lot of pictures lately and I feel so creative and happy. As the days get warmer, I find myself anxious to go out and do things, and I haven't felt that way in awhile. Warmer days always make me happier. Here's an ootd with coffee, something else that makes me happy.

Navy Blue and White

         

                   Today I had one of those mornings when you have no clue what to wear and then you magically find a dress and a scarf that matches and you have an outfit. At least I think they match for that matter, and I am stunned that I actually am wearing something with a little bit of color, because my week has been dark colors for the most part. I love wearing blue colors and this scarf's print is amazing, I love the simplicity of the necklace and how this whole outfit just seemed to come alive.

Florals and Jean Jackets

       Today's outfit is more colorful than the last by far! I wasn't completely sure what I wanted to wear today, so when that happens I usually throw on a dress. A jean jacket is one of my favorite things to wear with an outfit because you can always layer with it and they go with most everything, it is for sure a staple piece . This dress is more of a baby doll type of dress and I love it because it's not form fitting and it's beautiful on a hot day like this.

             Today I thought I would do an outfit of the day! I am in love with these high waisted floral shorts I got from PacSun they are great to pair with any basic top, or like my top above! I am so happy that it is finally warm outside and all of the winter weather is gone (for now). Also I am in love with my jelly shoes, they make anything I wear more interesting and they remind me of my childhood. So I hope you like this outfit, tell me what you think in the comments below!

Start of summer

          You know it's summer whenever you start taking pictures of your cat and you don't feel the need to put makeup on. It's been a great first day of not doing much at all and I'm excited for what is to come of this hot season.

A little of me

   Recently I have been trying to focus on the more positive things in life instead of the negative. It's really hard sometimes, especially when life seems vague or just disappointing at the time. You really have to do what is right for you and know that things are going to get better, even when you feel like there is no hope at all. I painted the canvas by me with the words "carry on" to remind me to keep moving forward. When I was at some of my lowest points, I would listen to that song and it would just encourage me and give me hope that things are going to get better.


      Well now that I have shared that let's move onto the outfit. I wore a tealish colored top tucked into my peplum hounds tooth skirt. To make the outfit pop more I wore a chunky necklace and for shoes I just wore black ankle boots. I don't normally wear skirts too often, but this one is so much fun to wear and it can make a plain shirt look alive.
